Well…THIS probably won’t come as a surprise because out of ALL the troubled celebrities in the public eye, THIS one definitely has a record already! So WHO is it??

We mean LINDSAY LOHAN, of course! I mean…are YOU really surprised?? Apparently Ms. Lohan was arrested Thursday morning after allegedly punching a woman at Avenue in NYC. According to an eyewitness, Lindsay was acting wild at the club and was allegedly under the influence of alcohol & drugs…

"She was drinking Grey Goose and also champagne. The vodka bottle was right in front of her. Lindsay was completely out of control. She was drinking way too much booze and was doing
cocaine."

Another witness divulged what happened in the altercation stating,

"Lindsay was standing on the couch at her table, which put her even with the woman seated in VIP above her. She turned around and clocked her in the face. Lindsay was just looking for trouble. She totally sucker-punched that girl in the face out of nowhere! Nobody saw it coming. She went wild and was kicking and screaming, cursing at the girl and then spit at her. The girl looked like she wanted to fight back at Lindsay, but was too startled by all the commotion to react."

Lindsay was arrested and charged with FOUR counts. Considering this is a HUGE violation of her probation, she is more likely than not to be put in the slammer! This girl is seriously a HOT mess, can she EVER be saved?? Someone please help her!
