Calling all 90’s kids & teens! Remember the days when Fridays were the BEST days of the week, not only because it pretty much started the weekend BUT also because I got to sit on my couch that night and turn on my TV to watch TGIF (Thank God It’s Friday) on ABC!
Ahhh…those were the days! GOOD NEWS is…the Disney Channel has CONFIRMED they are revamping ONE of these shows & airing it! So what show is it?? Could it be Full House, Family Matters, Step By Step, or maybe Sabrina, the Teenage Witch?? Nope…actually, it’s THIS show…
BOY MEETS WORLD! God I hope that means Topanga is back!?! The Disney Channel announced last week they’ll be updating the hit ABCshow and calling it Girl Meets World! Apparently the NEW sitcom will focus on a grown up Cory & Topanga as they raise their TEENAGE daughter! Has it really been THAT long?? Apparently so, because not only are they all grown up…it seems Cory has a very grown up job. The writers have decided to make him the NEW “Mr. Feeney” because he is now a 7th grade history teacher! Oh how life has a funny way of coming full circle. But the REAL question is…will Ben Savage & Danielle Fishel be reprising their roles as Cory & Topanga?? Well, Danielle recently tweeted,
“Just want you guys to know that @BenSavage and I have talked and we've decided... Thanksgiving is going to be delicious this year!”
Way to keep us hanging...I guess we will just have to hold our breath for a definite answer! Don’t make us wait too long! Who else is kind of excited about this??
