Is it really ILLEGAL to JUMP OVER a police officer?
It probably isn't - but don't say that to the two police officers who came off looking like douchebags in this video.
Watch what happens when someone jumps over a police officer sitting at a picnic table.
You've got to be one helluva smartass to record yourself jumping over a cop sitting at a picnic table.
But you've got to be one helluva power-hungry moron to go after someone who just jumped over you in a public park.
When I shared this video with two San Bernardino Police officers I know, they both said the same thing: If those cops weren't sitting on their asses, no one would have tried to jump over them.
