1) There isn't enough money being spent on helping out those struggling with mental illness, as they are left to fend for themselves - interupting live news reports as a cry for help.
OR
2) Jay-Z allows his sister to ride the subways.

When a worker told him they didn’t have any jobs, dude quickly pulled out his 12-inch butcher knife and yelled loudly, NO ONE’S GONNA MESS WITH ME!
Yeah, and no one’s gonna hire you, either. Dude was arrested and taken to jail, where his new cellmate - unlike the linen company - was looking to fill a hole.
Quick memo, Charles Nelson: Instead of using that foot-long blade to threaten someone, MAYBE you could've trimmed back some of that hair.
