In a new interview for Glamour magazine, Jennifer Aniston talks about the advice she'd give herself in her teens, 20s and 30s. She says that she'd tell the 30s version of herself, "Go to therapy. Clean up all of the s**t. Clean up all of the toxins and the noise." (Is this "noise" named Brad Pitt??)
She says she'd tell the 20s version of herself not to worry so much and her teen self, "Don't try so hard. Pay attention. Do your homework. Go to class."
Fair advice. I would tell my TEEN SELF to not worry about having a future with any boy in high school... and HE isn't worth your tears. Real Talk. Oh, those pesky teen years. lol
What about you? If you could go back in time and give your "teen self" some good advice, what would it be?
