A recent survey finds that 51 percent of those in a relationship would "cheat" on their partner by streaming a TV program that was intended to be watched together -- a dirty deed that New York Magazine has dubbed "Netflix Adultery."
Some people (12 percent) go as far as to watch the show again and pretend it's the first time they've seen it. Other findings: 66 percent would cheat at home alone, 21 percent while their partner was asleep, 12 percent at work and 5 percent in the bathroom. Younger couples are more likely to cheat, but they're also more likely to fess up. Older couples choose to not even bother getting into a fight about it and continue to lie. And more men (77 percent) said they'd cheat than women (57 percent.)
I take this "Netflix Adultery" very serious. If I were to find out my husband, Chris, watched an episode of Game of Thrones without me... It could mean the big "D" word. (D = Death) I would cut him.
So... Are you a cheater?
