Our 10th Anniversary Art Laboe Show LIVE concert at Glen Helen Park in Devore (San Bernardino) at the San Manuel Amphitheater was GREAT!  Thank you to the Performers (pictured below Zapp) that entertained you with the songs you request the most on The Art Laboe Connection every Sunday night 6pm - Midnight here on 99.1 KGGI.  Thank you to the many surprise guests (Baby Bash and Lou Pizarro just to name a few).  And TO YOU, our Listeners, for joining our celebration!!  We wouldn't have made it to the decade mark without you!!  THANK YOU!  (that shot of Tequila is for YOU and I had one for me too, 3, 4,....).  We hope you had as much FUN as we DID!!

Remembering someone that made us laugh! PHYLLIS DILLER was a pioneer for comics, especially female comics! She has passed away at the age of 95. She lived a long life and gave us many happy moments. Like the time she co-hosted the KRLA Morning Show with me in 1977 and invited us into her home to do it (photo below).

She was great at One Liners, had a file of them and often traded jokes with Bob Hope. One of my favorites: "The house was haunted, but the ghosts quit coming back after I tried on all my wigs." Phyllis Diller your Legend will live on!  You were a JOY! "AH-HHAAAAAAAAAAAA-HA-HA-HA!"…R.I.L. (Rest in Laughter)
