Remembering someone that made us laugh! PHYLLIS DILLER was a pioneer for comics, especially female comics! She has passed away at the age of 95. She lived a long life and gave us many happy moments. Like the time she co-hosted the KRLA Morning Show with me in 1977 and invited us into her home to do it (photo below).
She was great at One Liners, had a file of them and often traded jokes with Bob Hope. One of my favorites: "The house was haunted, but the ghosts quit coming back after I tried on all my wigs." Phyllis Diller your Legend will live on! You were a JOY! "AH-HHAAAAAAAAAAAA-HA-HA-HA!"…R.I.L. (Rest in Laughter)
