Charlie Sheen wants Christopher Dorner to call him to sort things out. Since Dorner's manifesto has been released (which you can read here), he mentions Charlie Sheen in it "Charlie Sheen, you're effin awesome" - which Sheen is now taking action.
But the question remains, will Dorner actually call?
