ok.. HERE WE GO! It's all layed out chronologically: Straight out of high school, I interned for radio legend Rick Dees @ 102.7 KIIS FM. Shortly after, KIIS hired me as a call screener. I continued to do both until Rick departed from his 22 year reign and Ryan Seacrest came on board. I maintained my position as a call-screener for about two more years until HOT 92 Jamz (92.3) hired me as a board-operator (which means I ran the station, playing the music during times when you would usually be sleeping). A year and a half after, I got my first on-air radio gig @ KOKO 94. The best part about this station was the fact that I didn't have to move to Fresno. The station broadcasted via satellitte from Hollywood. As the saying goes, when it rains.. it pours>>> Soon after, landed a gig @ PLAYBOY radio. Channel 198 Sirius radio. That was interesting (to say the least). Since then, I've maintained my position at Clear Channel Los Angeles and have now joined the #1 radio station in IE, 99.1 KGGI... excellent team here!!!
Viva la stuck on the freeway! Coming back from Vegas (which always takes longer than expected) we had thought 4 hours would be a reasonable estimate for the drive home. That turned out to be 5 and a half...
Viva Las Vegas!!! I recently took a weekend trip to Vegas to see one of my personal all time favorite band, Coldplay. They performed @ the MGM Grand Garden Arena. I took some footage with my cam and put some of the clips together...
