Hurricane Hilary Remains Category 3

Hurricane Hilary remained at a Category 3 as of 1:30pm Saturday afternoon. It's current sustained windspeed was measured at 115mph. The hurricane is expected to weaken and turn into a tropical storm by the time it makes landfall in Southern California this weekend. The tropical storm could bring heavy rainfall to Southern California with up to 10" if rain in some parts. City governments are warning residents of potential extreme flooding, mudslides and tornados.
