This is a tragic story from earlier this week. A teenager who has been identified as Robert Plyley was shot and killed at a party in Bloomington. The incident occurred at 1 A.M. Tuesday morning. Plyley was a sophomore at Alta Loma High School in Rancho according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
District Superintendent Matthew Holton told the Press Enterprise "Robert was a wonderful young man, and his loss will be felt deeply by our entire school and District community."
