A 14-year-old boy was killed last night just after 8pm in a hit-and-run on Ottawa Road in Apple Valley between Navajo Road and Manhasset Road. The boy, Lawrence Andrews, was hit by a white or silver Nissan 350 Z or Infinity G35 two door coupe doing over 60 mph. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect fled the scene in the vehicle. Witnesses are being asked to contact authorities at (760) 240-7400 or (760) 956-5001.
